DESCRIPTION: Small-sized particles obtained from the screening of the fillets of the cultivated fruit of the Prunus dulcis tree, shelled and blanched. Varieties grown in California, Australia, and Spain.
THICKNESS:
• Fine: 0.7–1 mm (minimum 60%).
• Extra Fine B: 0.4–0.7 mm (minimum 60%).
