DESCRIPTION: Longitudinal cut of the cultivated fruit from the Prunus dulcis tree, shelled and blanched. Varieties cultivated in California, Australia, and Spain.
THICKNESS:
< 2 mm: maximum 10%.
2–3 mm: 70–100%.
> 3 mm: maximum 20%.
Other customer specifications:
For specifications different from the above, a prior study would be carried out.
