DESCRIPTION: Small cubes resulting from pieces of the cultivated fruit of the Prunus dulcis tree, shelled and blanched. Varieties grown in California, Australia, and Spain.
THICKNESS:
2–4 mm; 3–5 mm; 4–8 mm.
Minimum % within range: 75%.
Maximum % outside range: 25%.
