DESCRIPTION: Thin slices of the cultivated fruit of the Prunus dulcis tree, shelled and blanched. Varieties grown in California, Australia, and Spain.
THICKNESS:
Thick: 1.1–1.5 mm.
Thin A: 0.7–0.9 mm.
Thin B: 0.7–1.1 mm.
Extra thin A: 0.4–0.7 mm.
Extra thin B: 0.4–0.7 mm.
PERCENTAGES:
• Minimum % within range: 75%.
• Maximum % outside range: 25%.
Other thicknesses can be considered upon customer request, with the same percentage ranges applying.
Packaging and logistics
PACKAGING: • 12.5 kg boxes. • 100 or 200 g sachets.
